Creation of Bespoke Furniture for the Hotel de Paris Saint Tropez
The Hotel de Paris is a mythical hotspot of the village of Saint Tropez, where History and encounters happen. Built in 1930 by the Aubour family, the palace rose to fame thanks to its attendance by many celebrities worldwide (actors, musicians, artists , athletes, etc.) who were staying there regularly. Interestingly, it was the first luxury resort in France to offer an air conditioning system , it has always been on the forefront of technological advances but also taste. Requisitioned during the Second World War by the Germans, the restaurant reopened after Libération and peaked up until its closure in 1992.
The old building was demolished and rebuilt in 2009, like a Phoenix rising from the ashes. Its new owner, Claude Dray, entrusted this operation to famous architect François Vieillecroze.
